Register an employee

An employer has an important role to support the wellbeing of employees and at the same time to support their future savings by registering their employees with KPF

Who should I register?

Once an individual is engaged in any employment in the Business you must register

  • I-Kiribati Citizen and those individuals that are working on permanent, temporary, contract or any work type such as the on and off duty 
  • All individuals provide service under a contract and believe to be paid by an employer

Registration process

    1. You may download employee registration form to be filled by an employee and to be counter signed by an employer representative 
    2. Submit the form to KPF Office once completed both by employee and employer 
    3. Ensure that details on the form reflects the same details on birth certificate of a registered employee 

Requirement 

    Ensure that a certified copy of employee birth certificate is attached with the form including 1 passport photo size to be stabled at the top right corner of the registration form
